Does it hurt?

Most clients experience less pain and overall sensitivity post reconstruction, however, everyone is different and we do have a numbing cream available if needed.

How much downtime is there?

Almost none! Once you leave the studio you’re welcome to resume life as usual. There will be aftercare instructions to follow, but no downtime.

How long will the tattoo last?

Your tattoo is permanent. We use pigment that has been specifically formulated for areola reconstruction and pigmentation. Some fading will happen during the healing process and you’re always welcome in for a touch up.

What makes a good candidate for 3D areola tattooing?

You must be 6 months post reconstruction and finished with chemo and radiation.
